How do I delete my account and all my data?
Send and email to [email protected] with your registered email and we will assist you with the deletion process. Your profile, uploaded photos, and generated images are removed from active systems within 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can cancel a pending deletion before it is processed.
How do I request a refund?
For purchases made through the iOS App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple. For Google Play purchases, request a refund within 48 hours from play.google.com/store/account. For any issue Apple or Google cannot resolve, email [email protected] with your transaction ID and we will assist.
I paid but didn't receive my credits — what now?
Most credits are added instantly. If they have not arrived within 10 minutes, please force-close and reopen the app to refresh your wallet. If the credits are still missing, email [email protected] with your registered email or create a support ticket in app, mention the date of purchase, the platform (iOS or Android), and the transaction ID from your store receipt. We resolve credit issues within one business day.
How do I report a bug or an inappropriate AI-generated image?
Create a suport ticket in the app along with a screenshot or the image generated. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and we take immediate action on any output that violates our content policy.
What are your support hours?
The Style Math support team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. We monitor critical issues on weekends and reply to urgent emails as soon as possible. Most queries are answered within one business day.
